Here In Vermont when the weather is above 50 and you have a toddler......

you go outside, for as long as you can

Sophia and I got to spend some time with a couple of cuties riding bikes on the rec-path

Augusta GA, Summer 2014

Summer 2014

I am sharing this because this winter has been ....... well it has been hard and today the sun was out and it reminded me of the month I spent down south this past summer.

My granddaughter was born in the heat of the summer down in Georgia.

On the way to visit them at the hospital I came across this old abandoned church and house.

needless to say it was pretty cool, but as I later find out Augusta is one of the most dangerous places.... so I probably didn't need to be walking around alone checking out old abandoned buildings.....

I have to mention this is at 6 o'clock in the morning, the only time i could be outside 

and everything turned out fine and I got some great photos of this place

And how wonderful is a new granddaughter <3
